Terms of Use Agreement

IsraPort.org is an internet portal that connects you to news, analysis, opinion and other information, in multiple media formats, with regard to the State of Israel. We maintain IsraPort.org and all of its sub domains, syndication feeds and mobile versions referred to as “The Site” as a service to you our “users” for informational purposes only. Your access to or use of The Site means that you accept these Terms of Use.
1. ACCEPTANCE
IsraPort.org provides listings of content from online resources including directories, forums, blogs and various other online and offline services. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement with respect to the use of The Site. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between IsraPort.org and you, and supersedes all agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to The Site, its content, products or services provided by or through The Site. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not visit or use The Site.
2. FAIR USE POLICY AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER
The Site may contain copyrighted material, the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. We make such material available with attribution and no derivative for informational purposes only. We believe this constitutes a ‘fair use’ of any such copyrighted material as provided in Section 107 of the US Copyright Law. You understand that IsraPort.org does not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. IsraPort.org is not a party to the transactions entered into between you and merchants. You agree that use of such merchants’ sites is at your sole risk and is without warranties of any kind by IsraPort.org. Under no circumstances is IsraPort.org liable for any damages arising from the transactions between you and merchants or for any information appearing on merchant sites or any other site linked to this site. The fact that IsraPort.org has provided a link to a linked site is not an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation with respect to such linked site, its owners, or its providers.

6. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold IsraPort.org, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any and all content transmitted through The Site.
7. U.S. EXPORT
IsraPort.org makes no representation that the content within IsraPort.org is appropriate or available for use at other locations outside the United States and access to The Site from territories where its content is illegal. However, if you choose to use The Site, you understand, acknowledge and agree that your use of IsraPort.org is governed by this Agreement and the laws and regulations of the United States regarding online conduct and acceptable content. If you use IsraPort.org or access the content in any other way in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of IsraPort.org, you agree that your use of IsraPort.org will be at your own risk, without limitation of any other provision of this Agreement, and that IsraPort.org shall not have any liability with respect to such use.

9. MISCELLANEOUS & TERMS CHANGES
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. IsraPort.org reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time.
